Equine Lessons, Showing, Boarding and Training

Services included in monthly board are listed below:                                                                                                                                                             

* Spacious matted stalls with individual fans in the Summer ~ Stalls cleaned at least once a day and filled with plenty of bedding ~ Horses are fed quality balanced grains, Supplements are fed free of charge,(owner provides suppliments), ~ Orchard grass blend of hay is fed "as needed" and often. Round bales are fed in winter turn outs. Alfalfa hay is available for an adition charge ~  Free choice loose salt and minerals.~ Blanketing in winter months ~ Minor Medical, (i.e. treating cuts, abrasions, bute)

* Horses are turned out in small groups approximately 12 hours a day, (wether permitting) mares and geldings are seperated. ~ All of our pastures are well maintained, fertilized and seeded as needed. We rotationally graze the horses to keep our pastures green!

* Rotational worming every 8 weeks

* In the Summer we will fly spray your horse before turn out, and put on and remove fly masks. (owner provides spray and masks)

* Use of Dressage Ring (regulation small) Jump field with x-country logs, 60+ acres for hacking and conditioning, wash rack, tack room, 60ft  round pen w/all weather footing, New 100 X 50 all weather track. 

* Scheduling of  Bi-annual veterinary visits, Spring & Fall

Monthly Rates:

 ~ Full Stall Board $365 ~ Pasture Board (limited) $315 All pasture boarded horse have access to run in sheds ~ Full training board $650 ~

Training Board includes all of the above as well as horses groomed and worked 6 days a week.

 ~ Retirement Board starting at $400 a month

Medical, Lay Up Board is usually done on a short term basis but we are available for long term equine care.

We are owner/operated and live on site. The farm is my full time job. I am available through out the day and night to administer round the clock equine care.

Services include but are not limited to:

* Bandage changes, *Hoofs Packed/Soaked, *Hand Walking, *Administer medication, (oral or injections) * Ice/Cold hose legs, Etc.
